Welcome to Breasy!

By using Breasy’s platform, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility: Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.
2. Bookings: Full payment is required. Breasy enforces a 14-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling.
   
3. Health: Participation is at your own risk. Consult a doctor if needed.
4. Content: Breasy owns all platform materials. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Memberships

1. How do I become a Breasy Member?
   Joining Breasy is simple! Visit our website and click 'Join Now' on the homepage. Alternatively, download the Breasy app from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and tap 'Explore Breasy' to get started.
2. How does the Breasy membership work?
   Once you’ve joined, download the Breasy app and log in to your account. The app is your hub for exploring benefits, checking in and out of venues, planning visits, and accessing exclusive member discounts.
3. Can I pause my membership?
   Memberships can only be paused for medical reasons. If you need to pause your membership due to illness or injury, please provide supporting documentation by emailing info@breasydxb.com.
4. Can I cancel my membership?
   Memberships with upfront payments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. For contracted memberships with monthly recurring payments (e.g., a fixed 12-month term), cancellations are allowed but subject to a cancellation fee equal to two months of membership. After your plan is complete, you can cancel your renewal without additional charges.
5. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
   Membership transfers are available exclusively for annual members and incur a fee equivalent to one month’s membership. Please contact us at info@breasydxb.com for assistance.
6. Is valet parking complimentary? Yes, valet parking is complimentary for Breasy members at most venues, with a few exceptions. To access complimentary valet parking, members must check in using their Breasy membership and either use the facilities or dine at the venue’s restaurants. Leaving your car with valet parking without remaining on the premises is not allowed.
7. Is my membership auto-renewed? Annual memberships (paid upfront, monthly, or in installments) automatically renew. Short-term memberships expire on the last day of your agreement and can be renewed directly through the app.
8. Can I share my membership with someone else? Memberships are strictly for individual use and cover one adult only, plus up to three children per family. Sharing memberships is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
9. Can my spouse or partner use my membership to access venues? Breasy memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Each adult (18+) must have their own membership.
10. Are plus ones allowed? No, memberships do not include access for additional guests.
11. What is the cancellation policy for bookings? Breasy enforces a 14-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued for missed bookings or for additional guest requests
