This Privacy Policy explains how Breasy Ice Bath Personal Sport Coaching Services Co. L.L.C. ("BREASY", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal data when you use breasydxb.com and the BREASY mobile app (the "Services"). 

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and your password (stored in protected form).
  • Booking and purchase details: sessions and events you book, tickets, memberships, order history, billing country and VAT information. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Attendance data: check-ins at sessions (including QR code scans) and the sessions you have joined.
  • Health information you choose to give us: for example, answers on a health declaration or waiver, or medical conditions or injuries you tell our team about so we can run sessions safely. This is sensitive data and we only ask for what we need.
  • Photos and video: images taken at sessions and events (see section 5).
  • Messages and communications: emails, form submissions and messages you send us, and your marketing preferences.
  • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, push notification token, pages viewed and app activity, collected using cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, and run memberships.
  • To deliver sessions safely, including check-in and attendance records.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and service messages.
  • To send newsletters, offers and push notifications about new sessions, if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To provide customer support and handle refunds, reschedules and complaints.
  • To improve the Services, understand how they are used and keep them secure.
  • To meet legal, tax (including VAT) and accounting obligations.

By creating an account, making a booking or otherwise using our Services, you consent to BREASY collecting, using, storing and sharing your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. You give this consent when you tick the box accepting our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, or when you continue to use the Services after being shown this policy.

We ask for your separate, specific consent in these cases:

  • Marketing and notifications: emails, newsletters, offers and push notifications are sent only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or your app and phone settings.
  • Health information: if you give us health information, for example in a health declaration or waiver, you expressly consent to us using it to run sessions safely and to keep you and others safe.
  • Photos and video: by attending a session you agree that we may photograph or film it and use the images as described in section 5, unless you tell our team at the start of the session that you do not want to be featured.
  • Sharing with partners: you consent to us sharing the details needed to run your booking with venue and event partners, as described in section 6.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@breasydxb.com or by deleting your account in the app. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we did before you withdrew it. If you withdraw consent we need to provide the Services, we may no longer be able to offer you bookings or memberships.

Besides consent, we also process your data where it is needed to carry out a contract with you (bookings and memberships), for our legitimate interests in running and improving the Services, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting.

5. Photos and video

We may take photos and video at sessions and events and use them on our website, social media and marketing. If you do not want to be featured, tell our team at the start of the session. You can also ask us to remove an image of you by emailing info@breasydxb.com.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and partners who help us run the Services, under appropriate safeguards:

  • E-commerce and website: to run our website, orders and tickets.
  • Payments: to process payments.
  • Bookings, events and check-in: for event ticketing and check-in.
  • Memberships and subscriptions: for recurring membership billing.
  • Email and communications: to send emails and newsletters.
  • App and notification services (app store providers, push notification services): to deliver the app and notifications.
  • Venue and event partners: to run a session you booked, for example guest lists.

We may also share data with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for as long as the law requires us to keep records (for example tax and accounting records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data, except what we must keep by law.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (profile settings) or by emailing info@breasydxb.com. We will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal reasons.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure how it is used and support marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works. The app may use similar technologies and device identifiers for sign-in, analytics and push notifications. You can switch off push notifications in your phone settings at any time.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

The Services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our Services may link to third-party websites and social media. This policy does not cover them, so please read their privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
