Our classes are available only at FIVE Palm Jumeirah, where you'll also find changing rooms for your convenience. Ice bath plunges are available at all our locations, including FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Fairmont The Palm, and FIVE Luxe JBR.
Breathwork is included in all classes except for Gym Sweat Sessions. However, you can join the breathwork session for an additional fee of 50 AED.
Each class at FIVE Palm Jumeirah includes the following amenities:
- Valet Parking – Complimentary service for your convenience.
- Drinking Water – Stay hydrated with free water provided.
- Yoga Mats – Provided for yoga and breathwork sessions.
