Refund policy

Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Window: No refund, you may be eligible to reschedule the class, as long as it's done 14 hours prior to the session.

No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to attend a booked class or session without prior notice will forfeit their payment or class credit.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Some bookings, such as package deals or special events, may require a non-refundable deposit or booking fee to secure the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or sessions. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies may arise, and exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for situations such as illness or injury. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation due to an emergency.
