Take advantage of our ice baths at our beach locations, allowing you to relax for up to 15 minutes. After the plunge, feel free to relax and enjoy the beach.

Everyday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Price: AED 125.00
Class Includes: ice bath, towel & free valet parking (please remember to get it validated).

How to Book

  1. 1. Download the Breasy app on the App Store or get it on Google Play .
  2. 2. Create your account and confirm your email.
  3. 3. Browse the schedule and book your session
  4. 4. Receive your confirmation and arrival instructions via email.

Book your spot through the Breasy app and select your preferred experience from the schedule. Once you arrive, a Breasy team member will check you in through the app. All sessions must be booked in advance.

Where to Find Us

Join us at the Watersports HUB, located right on the beach behind Five Luxe JBR. If you're having trouble finding us, simply walk from the hotel toward the beach and follow the signs for the Watersports HUB. Take in the morning sunshine and stunning views as you make your way along the beach.

Important Information

Classes are only available at FIVE Palm Jumeirah. Plunges are available at all our locations.
