Join us for a beautiful sunrise run along the Palm Crescent, starting from One&Only The Palm and finishing near Rixos The Palm. Bring your friends, run with the tribe, and enjoy the community atmosphere.
After the run, all participants are invited to our Breasy location at FIVE Palm Jumeirah for a complimentary breathwork session, cold plunge, and free coffee + electrolytes.

How to Book
- 1. Download the Breasy app on the App Store or get it on Google Play . To book online, scroll to the bottom of the website.
- 2. Create your account and confirm your email.
- 3. Browse the schedule and book your session
- 4. Receive your confirmation and arrival instructions via email.
Book your spot through the Breasy app and select your preferred experience from the schedule. Once you arrive, a Breasy team member will check you in through the app. All sessions must be booked in advance.
Where to Find Us
Join us at the Watersports HUB, located right on the beach behind FIVE Palm Jumeirah. If you're having trouble finding us, simply walk from the hotel toward the beach and follow the signs for the Watersports HUB. Take in the morning sunshine and stunning views as you make your way along the beach.
Important Information
Classes are only available at FIVE Palm Jumeirah. Plunges are available at all our locations.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for a smooth experience. If you're unsure where to go, walk toward the beach and look for the Watersports HUB.
